Walgreens has officially bowed to pressure by anti-abortion zealots and the State legislatures that have declared “abortion is murder.” Walgreens will not sell the abortion pill, Mifepristone.
“The pharmacy chain… will not sell the pills” in 21 states. The decision “came after 20 Republican attorneys general threatened legal action.”
[Editor’s note: Since the over-turning of Roe v. Wade, anti-abortion activists and politicians are intent on outlawing the abortion pill. Walgreen’s recent decision is an ominous sign.]
