- The horrific killing of a black man by a white police officer – kneeling on his victim’s neck despite pleas that he couldn’t breathe.
- Anarchist rioters seeking destruction of civil society hijacking peaceful protests.
- Closed businesses, people out of work, and the government lock-downs exacerbating the situation.
