Man Drives Stolen Ambulance through Restaurant Drive-Thru

Houston, Texas – January 23, 2012

A man stole an ambulance, then promptly headed to a local drive-thru and placed an order. Paramedics were on a call when he jumped in and drove off. The suspect, Renaldo Leonard, headed to a nearby Jack in the Box and got in the drive-thru line, with the vehicle’s emergency lights still on. Cops got there almost immediately and arrested Leonard on charges of felony theft.
